Curacy at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Hudson, Ohio

Posted February 24, 2024

HOLY TRINITY CHURCH, Hudson, OH, seeks a curate to serve the parish for the next two to three years. Ideal candidate will possess (transitional) deacon’s orders. However, the rector will certainly help shepherd someone through the ordination process if necessary. Likewise, the candidate should desire (or possess) presbyterate orders, seeking to serve the body of Christ as a future vicar or rector in the Anglican Communion. The parish would consider a candidate whose vocation is firstly to the academy, provided that the candidate envisions a dual vocation of parish-and-academy.

Duties are as varied as any parish priest’s, although the curate’s primary responsibilities will be to assist in the Sunday liturgy, lead evening prayer, handle administrative tasks, and work with young families. Ideal start time would be late spring to early summer. Spring 2024 graduates are urged to apply.
